Digital delivery

Built For Chaos tools are digital downloads. Nothing is mailed. After payment through Payhip, your download is available through Payhip and your purchase receipt.

Refunds

Digital files can be accessed immediately and cannot be returned, so purchases are generally final once digital access has been provided. We do not issue refunds for a change of mind, choosing the wrong tool, or not using a download.

If a file is missing, corrupted, or materially different from its description, reply to your Payhip receipt so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy. This policy does not limit any rights or remedies required by applicable law.

For delivery or file help, reply to your Payhip receipt and include the product name and order details. For another question, email matt@authenticmessstudios.com.

Shipping

There are no shipping charges or delivery dates because Built For Chaos tools are not physical products.
